Imagine if you will a side scrolling platformer, but instead of plumbers you have brothers who work in IT, and instead of rescuing a princess from a weird turtle monster, they are recording a podcast despite obstacles put in their way by random noises and small children.
Now imagine if those brothers talked about all of those things…
Read The Podcast: The Hersey Brothers Battle the Bosses
Everyone has a boss to battle. The Hersey Boys talk about several bosses they need to beat each day just to record an episode. Although they have some tough battles, we know of even more destructive bosses in the universe.
Toughest Video Game Bosses
Whether you are a Sega or Nintendo guy, you’ve probably played your fair share of video games and lost many lives in battle. We aren’t the first ones to come up with this concept. In fact, Vulture will list out 100 of the Hardest Video Game Bosses. We will just cherry-pick a few.
Bowser
They might have him listed as #100 but I would have him far higher. Why? Well, we don’t play a ton of video games and he is one of the first I can think of.
Mewtwo
Have we played a Pokemon game? Great question. Have we heard of Mewtwo? Yes. That is good enough for us. He ranked #67 on the Vulture list.
Hitler
Is this a real thing? Hilter ranked #65 on their list and is found in Wolfenstein 3D (1992). Not sure how I feel about him in a video game – but I should wouldn’t mind blasting him to pieces.
Shao Kahn
I can get behind some Mortal Kombat. Shao Kahn was a beast and you did not want to lose after finally getting to him in the tournament. Whether you were Reptile, Sub Zero, or Johnny Cage – you had to work your magic against Kahn.
Mike Tyson
Ranked #10 on their list but #1 on ours, Mike Tyson was no joke on the NES. Little Mac had to beat some of the toughest to get to our favorite 90s pro boxer. Maybe Mr. Sandman took his spot in later years, we still remember our epic battles with Mike.
